Paco Molina Cava Brut is pale yellow in colour, offers an intense nose of white fruits with a touch of floral creaminess. Fresh and lively on the palate with green apple flavours, it culminates in a light, soft and extremely pleasant finish. Enjoy this fizz with some nibbles.

Paco Molina is made by the Cusiné family of Parés Baltà fame, and this delightful organic Cava is produced using the traditional method. It is a blend of three traditional Penedés grape varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada.

The first gives a great floral freshness to the wine; the second adds a distinctive fruity character; and the last adds body and structure. Initial fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 16°C to preserve all of the fresh fruit qualities. Secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, where it was also aged for around 12 months.
