Prosecco is a wine that comes in all sorts of styles and from so many origins, but this is the top of the tree. It is Brut rather than being Extra Dry, the latter being rather on the sweeter side and thus it has cleaner fruit flavours to delight the palate. It comes from the D.O.C.G. vineyards in Valdobbiadene where the finest grapes of Prosecco come from and the low temperature fermentation preserves the fine fruit aromas and flavours while delivering a wine that has a delicate fizz and an equally delightful flavour. It is aromatically intense, tremendously fruity and exceptionally clean cut. A masterpiece in a glass.
