Chile is one of the largest exporters of quality wine in the world. It benefits from being a long, thin country and therefore has a wide variety of climates where there is always something suitable for the wide variety of grape varieties.
For white wines, the Casablanca Valley has proved both good and popular for some white varieties and two of the three wines on offer here originate from there. It is a cool climate thanks to the morning mists that form because of its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Wines produced here tend to be fresh, fragrant, and very easy to drink whilst never lacking in depth of flavour. The other wine, a Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Valley is an ideal quaffer and great for summertime drinking.
These are great value and they are ideal for summertime drinking.
