The 2022 Bodegas Añadas Care Dominio de Laidi Blanco Sobre Lías is a vibrant, textured Spanish white that really overdelivers. A blend of Chardonnay and Garnacha Blanca, aged on its lees (sobre lías), it strikes a fine balance between bright fruit and subtle complexity.

Fresh notes of crisp apple, pear and zesty citrus are layered with a gentle creaminess and a touch of nuttiness from the lees ageing. The palate is smooth and slightly rounded, yet finishes clean and refreshing.
