Vibrant and fruit-forwarded, crafted from a blend of Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier. This Minervois Blanc boasts an expressive nose bursting with aromatic citrus fruits and hints of apricot and manuka honey. Fresh and lively on the palate with a touch of roundness and richness.

Crisp and pure, it’s perfect with seafood, grilled fish or a fresh Caesar salad.

Revived in 2007 by Floris and Victoria Lemstra, the Château Canet estate currently holds 45 hectares of vines in the Minervois appellation producing expressive, elegant wines. The estate has won several prestigious awards including medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards and Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
