Established in 2005, Donnachiara is led by the capable hands of CEO Ilaria Petitto, who has devoted herself to the art of grape cultivation. Petitto focuses on unearthing the boundless potential of Irpinia's terroir; their wines encapsulate the region's identity, reflecting both the resilience of its vineyards and the progressive spirit that defines the winery.
With crisp acidity and a whole basket of citrus and orchard fruits, from ripe, zesty lemons, to juicy peaches and succulent pineapple, this Greco di Tufo has all the hallmarks of a summer staple. A stony mineral energy on the palate paired with a toasty, nutty note on the finish. An impressive balance at this price point.
