Made from organic Nero d'Avola grapes grown in Sicily, it's full of vibrant innate freshness. Succulent and plummy, it is packed with red berry fruit with a hint of something savoury. It's perfect when paired with a pasta dish or some lamb chops. 

The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed before fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged entirely in stainless steel, with no oak influence, it keeps its vibrant, ripe fruit character intact.
