The Santenay Premier Cru Rouge, Les Gravieres Vincent Girardin 2018 hails from a top Burgundian village, a smooth silky red with lots of purity and elegance.  It boasts impressive concentration and purity of fruit, with soft tannins and subtle spice emerging on the finish. 

From the Rhône, the Domaine de l'Espigouette Vieilles Vignes 2018 is a celebrated blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Offering violet, char and blackberry aromas with a touch of graphite, this silky red pairs well with grilled meats and hearty stews. 

Produced by a family-owned winery which holds some of Baden's most prestigious parcels, the Bercher Burkheimer Spätburgunder Village 2017 is a vibrant Pinot Noir with a delicate bouquet of dark chocolate, orange and fig which leads onto a juicy, full-bodied palate. With a fine mineral undercurrent, it's a sophisticated choice that pairs well with traditional pork dishes. 

A historic Grand Cru Classé located in Saint-Émilion, the Château Le Prieure 2014 is sublimely expressive, with red currant, raspberry, and plum underpinned by notes of crushed violets, graphite, and subtle cedar. Layers of fresh cherry, earthy spice, and a hint of mocha unfold gradually on the palate, whilst the finish lingers with minerality and grace.

The Barbera del Monferrato Villa Sparina 2021 offers aromas of black plum and macerated cherry, with cacao nibs and a touch of sea salt that floats around the palate. Bright acidity, fine tannins and a succulent cherry and raspberry core, Piemonte's most underrated producer has delivered once again.
