Indaba Mosaic is a Cabernet Sauvignon-led Bordeaux-style blend, brimming with aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, ripe earthy berries, dark chocolate and subtle spice. Smooth, gentle tannins coat the palate, making it irresistibly drinkable.

The grapes are sourced from select vineyards across Paardeberg, Paarl, Swartland and Stellenbosch. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot come from the easterly foothills of Paardeberg Mountain on deep, water-retentive shale soils. Petit Verdot is grown on unirrigated Swartland vineyards with well-drained red loam, while Cabernet Franc and Malbec thrive in Stellenbosch’s decomposed granite, clay and sandstone soils. The vines range from 7 to 22 years old.

Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and cold-soaked for 2–3 days before natural fermentation on the skins in stainless steel, with gentle pumpovers. After pressing, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and ageing, resulting in a rich, layered wine with both power and elegance.
