Parés Baltà Blanc De Pacs has ripe, white orchard fruits on the nose that are echoed on the palate, tempered by pithy, zesty lemon acidity and a chalky, almost saline minerality.
The combination of ripeness and freshness makes this as interesting as it is delicious, and Parés Baltà has highlighted the fact the Parellada, Xerel.lo and Macabeo can offer more than Cava alone. This wine beautifully complements a butternut squash and chicken soup, or Spanish style garlic mushrooms.
