Parés Baltà, Mas Petit, 2018

Parés Baltà Mas Petit shows a deep garnet hue with a nose of spice, smoke and ripe blackberry, lifted by notes of black olive, dried herbs and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, brimming with dark berry fruit, pepper spice, savoury olive and a gentle touch of oak. The finish is long and layered, with berries, spice, dusty tannins and a subtle earthy edge.

Crafted from old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnatxa (Grenache), the grapes were harvested at perfect ripeness and fermented separately in stainless steel to preserve freshness and bright fruit character. The blend was then aged for seven months in seasoned French oak (2nd, 3rd and 4th fill), achieving a fine balance of fruit, spice and elegance.
