Originating from the sunny hills of Mâcon, the Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs NV from lovely family winery Domaine du Bicheron is a showstopper. Fresh and lively, it is full of crisp green apple and citrus with a lingering finish on the palate; this has all the class of a top Champagne but at a much more accessible price.
