A blend of three traditional Penedés grape varieties, the Paco Molin Cava Brut offers an intense nose of white fruits with a touch of floral creaminess. Fresh and lively on the palate with green apple flavours, it culminates in a light, soft and extremely pleasant finish. Enjoy this fizz with some nibbles. 

The Bodegas Señorío de Arana, Viña Del Oja Rioja Reserva 2017 is a wine of some class, a harmonious blend of ripe red fruit and subtle oak nuances, with smooth tannins and a spiced finish, it's well-suited for roasted poultry or a rich tomato-based pasta.

Made from Albariño perfectly ripened by Val do Salnes's temperate Atlantic climate, the Terra de Asorei, Albariño 2022 boasts delicious bay leaf and balsam aromas with a vibrant citrus and white peach core. Refreshing acidity and a semi-sweet silky finish, this is a beautiful wine which pairs incredibly well with fish and seafood dishes.

From Winemaker of the Year in Tim Atkin's Special Rioja Report 2023 Marcos Eguren, the Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2020 has extravagant aromas of juicy red berries, vanilla and a touch of warm spice, with a well structured palate balancing smooth tannins with ripe cherries and subtle oak nuances. A classic Crianza from one of Rioja's hidden gems, it will make an excellent pairing with steak and any tomato based dish.
